Coverage. We partner with third-party logistics providers to deliver across India. A small number of pin codes may not be serviceable — we'll let you know immediately if yours is one of them.
Shipping fees. Any applicable shipping fees are collected on behalf of our logistics partners and shown at checkout. If a product arrives defective or incorrect, shipping fees are considered for refund on a case-by-case basis.
Tracking. You'll receive a unique tracking number by SMS/email once your order is dispatched, so you can follow its status until it arrives.

Return & Exchange Policy
If Something Isn't Right
Return Window
30 days
from the date of delivery
Eligibility. The device must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging, with all accessories included.
Return shipping. You're responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived defective or incorrect — in which case we cover it.
Refund processing. Once we've received and inspected the returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–8 business days.
Not eligible for return. Digital products, personalized items, and rendered services (such as setup assistance already completed) are excluded.
How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order details and the reason for return.
Our team confirms eligibility and shares return instructions, including the address to ship to.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 7–8 business days.
