CLAIM WARRANTY

Limited Warranty Coverage: Inovocare Healthsoft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. offers a limited warranty on MedpeR®  against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, please fill out the form below with accurate information. Ensure to provide the product's serial number and attach a copy of the original purchase invoice. Our team will review your claim and respond accordingly within a reasonable time frame.

Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, or unauthorized alteration or repair.

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage.

• Damage caused by improper storage, handling, or installation of the product.

• Any product that has been tampered with or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
