("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you visit medper.in (the "Site") or purchase or enquire about MedpeR® products. Please read this carefully. 1. Who we are
Inovocare Healthsoft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a medical technology company incorporated in India, with its registered office in Kolkata, West Bengal. We make MedpeR®, a smart medication adherence device, and operate this website as the primary digital presence for that product.
2. What information we collect
2.1 Information you give us directly
- Institutional enquiry form — name, organisation name, designation, phone number, email address, city, organisation type, and patient volume. We use this to respond to your enquiry and propose a deployment plan.
- Callback request form — name and phone number. We use this solely to call you back regarding a home purchase.
- WhatsApp order — when you initiate a purchase via WhatsApp, you share your name, delivery address, and any other details you choose to include in that message. This conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
- UPI payment — when you pay via UPI, the transaction is processed entirely through your UPI application and your bank. We receive only a payment confirmation screenshot shared by you via WhatsApp. We do not collect or store card numbers, bank account details, or any other financial credentials.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Analytics — we use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal identifiers, and is compliant with GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We receive only aggregate data: pages visited, referrer source, device type, and country. No individual user is tracked.
- Server logs — our hosting provider (Netlify) may retain standard server logs including IP address and browser type for security and operational purposes. These are not used for marketing and are not shared with third parties.
2.3 Information we do not collect
- We do not collect health or medical records through this website.
- We do not collect payment card numbers, CVV codes, or bank login credentials.
- We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
- We do not build advertising profiles or sell your data to any third party.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to institutional enquiries and prepare deployment proposals.
- To call back retail buyers who request it.
- To process and fulfil home orders placed via WhatsApp.
- To understand how the Site is used in aggregate, so we can improve it.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not use your information for automated profiling or algorithmic decision-making that affects you legally or in a similarly significant way.
4. How we share your information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers — Formsubmit.co processes our contact form submissions and emails them to us. They act as a processor on our behalf and do not use your data for any other purpose. Netlify hosts the Site and may process server log data as described above.
- WhatsApp — messages sent via WhatsApp are subject to Meta's privacy terms. We use WhatsApp only to communicate with you about your enquiry or order.
- Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority in India.
- Business transfer — if Inovocare Healthsoft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is acquired or merges with another entity, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you if this occurs.
5. Data storage and security
Enquiry form submissions are received and stored in our secure email inbox (hosted by Google Workspace). We retain institutional enquiry data for as long as the enquiry or business relationship is active, and for up to three years thereafter for record-keeping purposes.
Callback form submissions are deleted once the callback has been completed or is no longer actionable.
WhatsApp conversations are governed by WhatsApp's own retention policies.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), you have the following rights in relation to personal data we hold about you:
- Right to access — you may request a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it has been processed.
- Right to correction — you may request that inaccurate or incomplete data be corrected.
- Right to erasure — you may request deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal obligation we have to retain it.
- Right to grievance redressal — if you believe your rights have been infringed, you may raise a grievance with us (contact details below). If unresolved, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
- Right to nominate — you may nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.

This Site does not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies. We use Plausible Analytics, which is entirely cookieless. Your browser's standard cookies (if any) are used only for basic site functionality and are not used to identify you personally.

This Site contains links to third-party websites including inovocare.in and nibracs.com. These sites operate under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party site.
9. Children's privacy
This Site is intended for use by healthcare professionals, institutional buyers, and adult consumers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has submitted information through this Site, please contact us at care@medper.in and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
